The Daring Bakers Challenge.
This month challenge was french bread with all pourpose flour... well i could not find that flour but Breadchick said I could use whole wheat flour, I followed the instructions for this bread but I had to add 3/4 cup extra flour when kneading. To my surprise it was spongy and did not taste like whole wheat flour I liked it a lot but I can not say it is french bread... I have never seen a black french bread before...Thanks Breadchick. I will try this recipe when ap flour is in the supermarket again
