(Mandioca or Tapioca)
Another wheat free recipe, but it is DELICIOUS.
2 cups white cheese grated. (fresh cheese but it is hard)
1 cup yuca (tapioca or madioca) flour.
1 egg yolk.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1- Mix all the ingredients and form the bread the size or shape you like.
2- Place the bread on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake until they are light brown.
3- It is better to eat them hot, that way they are crispy outside but cheesy inside.
