Dough.
I don’t know how to call this recipe.

This dough can be used with some stuffing, sweet or savory or plain like I did, it is very easy to make. Well let’s see how my English goes, after so much time I think I forgot how to post and write heheheh

Ingredients.
200 gr self-rising wheat flour.
2 ½ tablespoons oil.
1 teaspoon vodka
¼ teaspoon white vinegar.
1 teaspoon baking powder .
1 pinch salt.
1 tablespoon sugar.
½ cup minus 1 tablespoon water.

1-      In a bowl, place all dry ingredients and mix well.
2-      Add the vinegar to the water.
3-      Add half of the water/vinegar solution to the flour and begging mixing adding water until you have kind of a rustic dough, then add the oil and knead until the dough absorbs all the oil, at this point it is a soft silky dough,  put the dough in an oiled plastic bag and let rest for 30 minutes in a cold place.
Roll the dough and use it as an empanada wrap (Venezuelan pastel or pastelito) or as fried “bread”…

Heheheheh Thank you, yes after so much time, maybe I accepted the fact that I’m a celiac. I did something simple, I realized that using Gluten free flour in my country is complicated because we don’t have the same brands of other countries so I decided to continue gluten full..I mean using wheat flour; I learnt how to work with it and not getting contaminated. My sister, mom and Michele said this recipe is very good with ham, cheese and hot cocoa.

This looks like something I would enjoy with a cup of freshly brewed tea too.

Thank you Sinead, I´m trying to post a recipe at least once a month but as you say things in my country are terrible and getting worse every day,we don't even have wheat flour in the whole country... and the leaders of the most important countries are munching Venezuelan petroleum so they are happy and confortably dumb.....

Thank you Donna <3, I miss my blog too but it has been almost impossible to post, my little camera died :'( impossible to buy a new one and it is so difficult and so extremely expensive to buy food that I'm thinking about posting all the things that we have go through to buy food, I'm thinking to call my new cooking style "war cooking" e.g, One kilogram of powdered milk that should costs 70 Bs costs 600 000 Bs, that was last week when I bought it...but my friend bought one a day after in 1 million Bs, wheat flour 700 000 Bs, gluten free flours nope, nada. 250 grams of coffee 300 000 Bs, 1 kilogram sugar 100 000 Bs. that if you find those products because you have to go to the black market to see what can you buy without being hurt because if you go to a regular supermarket and they have some of the following: butter, rice, sugar , coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, pasta, wheat flour, corn flour (masa arepa) ...I mean all you normally need at home, it happens that the people who will sell you those products at the black market may hurt and even kill you if you dare to line to buy something , they buy at regular prices and then sell you that food or goods very expensive …. no authority for them they can do whatever they want, the two naughty brothers from the Caribbean island need chaos….I sometimes think about leaving but it hurts too, not easy. This my dear friend is just a bit of what communism is about, that is why I always interrupt your post telling what we see from here and try to alert you all so you don’t have to go through all this…remember Venezuela, well it is almost dead thanks to the castros.
(see I never say BsF but Bs? Because BsF is the same Bs only they take three ceros to make idiots believe the value is less BsF 100 is the same as Bs 100 000)
